Phoney Frenchman is a villain character from The Mask: The Animated Series.
He is a patriotic French terrorist with a bad French accent who conducts plans to benefit his home country of France. He fought The Mask when he lured him to the Eiffel Tower that The Mask had stolen in the episode, Up the Creek. In (The Angels Wanna Wear My) Green Mask, The Phony Frenchman tries to blow up the Edge City Stock Exchange with a brie bomb to cripple the American Dollar to make the French franc the dominant currency in the global economy, but was foiled by The Mask after tying him up with the bomb and throwing it through Dr. Chronos' time portal at her and exploding.
He was voiced by Jess Harnell, who also voiced The Hood and Pinko of the Goofalotatats.
