The Mask: I Pledge Allegiance to the Mask is a four issue series published by Dark Horse Comics between 2019 and 2020, acting as a direct continuation of the original Mask story and taking place many years after The Mask: Toys in the Attic. In it, struggling politician Abner Mead takes hold of the mask and uses Big Head's uninhibited violent personality to propel his career, first as Mayor of Edge City, and then all the way to the White House
