Plot Summary

Slimy drug dealer Rapaz continues to frustrate Lieutenant Kellaway's efforts to put him behind bars. Kellaway may be helpless, but the Mask is free to deal out his own brand of justice and goes after Rapaz by himself. Everything's happenin' until the Mask meets up with Rapaz's bodyguard Walter!
